Assessing Your Technology

DirectPointe’s Technical Assessment analysis is administered by certified information systems auditors and has been designed to provide an in-depth evaluation of all current IT services, systems and processes. The technical analysis document provides a holistic snapshot of how the IT infrastructure supports core business operations. The IT infrastructure analysis can be used to either provide formalized IT solutions to address the business risks and increase the efficiency of the operation, or it can be used as a blueprint for other IT support and services providers.

This process provides the opportunity to respond to specific analysis and IT services and infrastructure recommendations tailored for the business. This process will also allow your management team to have the value-added analysis and information to make prudent business decisions so you can accurately weigh investment with the strategic goals of the organization.
