DirectPointe Expands its Business Model into the Channel via Broadband Service Providers/ISPs

Salt Lake City, UT, (Tuesday, January 29, 2008) — Integration of iTOK and budding partnerships with Precis Communications and Mstar mark

On the heels of its December 2007 acquisition of remote PC management leader iTOK, DirectPointe today announced its expansion into the service provider market. As a leading provider of subscription-based remote IT and technology services, DirectPointe is moving quickly to utilize iTOK’s proprietary platform for remote PC management (a platform that includes more than 1 million lines of code) to facilitate the company’s first steps in its expansion into the channel via leading Broadband Service Providers and ISPs.
